Covid-19

As an outdoor event, Biggest Bounce is already in the ‘low risk’ category with regards to the transmission of COVID-19. However, as a company, we are committed to producing a safe and secure event and this commitment extends to all matters relating to the pandemic.

Our event will adhere to the prevailing restrictions, mandates and health advice in each location we visit throughout the course of our 2021 tour. During the pre-event permitting process we will work alongside local authorities to ensure that the event is compliant and meets all of the necessary COVID-19 policies of each specific jurisdiction.

Alongside this we have proactively initiated new policies to help mitigate against the continued risk posed by COVID-19. These precautionary measures have been developed as part of our COVID-19 specific Risk Assessment to help ensure a ‘COVID Safe’ event. Some examples are detailed below:

  • Hand Sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the event site. Customers will be required to sanitize their hands before entry to each attraction.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols will be in place and will include a focus on the regular cleaning of high touch areas between sessions as well as our regular deep cleaning schedule for all attractions.
  • Dedicated restroom attendants will be on site at each event to ensure the cleanliness of all surfaces in this area.
  • Where social distancing restrictions remain in place we will be limiting capacity to the event site and to specific attractions as well as providing space markings in areas where lines form.
  • As part of the booking process customers must confirm that they will not attend the event if they are displaying any known symptoms of COVID-19.

This session is designed for toddlers and babies accompanied by adults. The session entertainment will reflect this.

Common Questions

To guarantee your spot we recommend purchasing in advance online from Sessions do often completely sell out in advance of the event. If a session is sold out online this means it is full. No more tickets will be available on-site on the day

Bouncy castles are available in all sorts of shapes, sizes and types from bouncy castles with slides (combo-castles), low-height bouncy castles and bouncy castles shaped as a dome, usually called Disco Domes. Different types of bouncy castles all have different space requirements.

Make sure that you have enough clear space for the bouncy castle

  • Measure the area where you wish to place the bouncy castle. Most bouncy castles are measured in feet.
  • Is the space that the bouncy castle will be going on to flat, level and clear of any obstacles or obstructions?
  • For indoor halls, ask about the available space for the bouncy castle including the ceiling height. Don't accept the answer “we have bouncy castles in here all the time”.
  • Is there a power supply nearby for the bouncy castles blower?

The most common size for a bouncy castle is 12ft by 12ft or 12ft by 15ft but this is the size of the bouncy castle not the size of area that the bouncy castle requires. You will need extra space for the fan, blower tube, Safety mats, impact area, anchor pegs, etc...

The average height of a bouncy castle is around 9.5ft - 10ft. If you are planning to use the bouncy castle within a hall or venue you will need to take the height of the bouncy castle into consideration. Make sure that there are no low-hanging lights, speakers or light systems. You will need to have at least 1ft of clearance space above the bouncy castle for movement.

For outdoor hires ensure that there are no overhanging trees, telephone lines or power lines.
